ABOUT
The Story Behind the Flavor
Kevin Jenkins learned to cook before he learned to lead.
The order matters.
Growing up in St. Petersburg, Florida, flavor was not an abstract idea. It was the smell of his father's barbecue and the comfort of his grandmother's soul-inspired cooking. Those early experiences taught him that food has the power to bring people together long before he ever stepped into a professional kitchen.
The United States Navy expanded that understanding.
Military Service & Commitment
Kevin's service in the United States Navy played a foundational role in shaping his leadership, discipline, and commitment to serving others. While his work today focuses on culinary consulting, education, leadership, and industry partnerships, his military experience remains an important part of his personal journey and professional values. This commitment to service continues to influence how he leads, mentors, and supports the communities he works with.
